Cancellation Policy

Flexible Bookings:

A credit card number is required to secure your reservation, no payment is taken. If you wish to cancel your reservation more than 48 hours before arrival then we offer free cancellation. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, will be charged the full value of the reservation.

Advanced Purchase Bookings:

The rate you have chosen requires full-prepayment at the point of reservation and is non-transferable and non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, the cost of your stay will be retained as a cancellation fee.
